Dr. Angelique Waite, founder and owner of RIBS, holds a B.S. in Exercise Science from Creighton University and a Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine from Palmer College. Dr. Waite has been in practice since 2006 in Menlo Park. Dr. Waite not only treats the spine but also the extremities. She has treated the knees of professional cyclists, the hands of musicians, the backs of police officers, the shoulders of golfers, and the feet of marathon runners. Dr. Waite is Full Body Certified in Active Release Techniques® (ART®), a complete soft tissue injury management system. She is also certified in Graston Technique, an Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization Technique which incorporates patented tools to effectively treat areas exhibiting soft tissue fibrosis and chronic inflammation. She is also certified in Fascial Movement Taping (ROCKTAPE), a movement based kinesiology taping technique, based on muscles acting as a chain. Dr. Waite has been an NSCA-certified Personal Trainer since 1999 and is currently pursuing a diplomat in Sports Chiropractic Rehabilitation.
Dr. Waite treats a variety of both professional and recreational athletes, with her philosophy and treatment approach stemming from her diverse personal and professional experience. She has a passion for sports, loves playing indoor soccer with her husband, and spent 15 years competing statewide in tap, ballet, and jazz. She has also participated in multiple marathons, half marathons, and 5 & 10k races.
Dr. Waite continues to give back to the community of Menlo Park by helping support “Kids 4 Sports” Family Fun Run, the Otter Run, and the Big Bear Run. She has also helped support and trained with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. She has worked at the Ironman World Championships in Kona on the Medical Team and helped with the Crossfit Games. Dr. Waite with the rest of the staff at Revitalize Integrated Body Systems have worked as a team to help support the Relay for Life in Menlo Park.

Dr. Anja grew up in Europe. She graduated with Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in molecular genetics & cell biology from the University of Chicago. She moved to the Bay Area in 1999 where she helped discover treatments for heart disease, cancer, and chronic viral infections. She made a career change from biotechnology to wellness care, to apply her expertise to people in her community, personally affected by health conditions. Dr. Anja graduated from the doctorate program at Life Chiropractic College West as Valedictorian in 2018, where she received the ‘Clinical Excellence Award’ for outstanding achievements in radiology and patient care.
Dr. Anja serves families and athletes by promoting strength and flexibility to achieve wellness and a pain-free lifestyle. She led a very active life as a competitive athlete and later an avid participant of extreme sports: snowboarding, and whitewater rafting & kayaking. Along the way she’s overcome many injuries and pursued diverse recovery programs, which resulted in certifications as deep-water aqua fitness instructor and yoga teacher.
Through these experiences, Dr. Anja has learned that everything in the body is intricately connected & needs to be aligned to help it function best. She’s also discovered that you need your own customized care plan to achieve your personal physical goals. To serve you better, Dr. Anja uses a variety of chiropractic and soft tissue techniques best suited for your care – don’t hesitate to ask about any of them!
Today her happy place is when she’s swimming, cycling, in the yoga studio, or chasing after her 4-year old daughter.
Dr. Hannah Durbin graduated June 2018 from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose with the honor of being her Class Valedictorian and Clinic Excellence Award recipient.
Her growing experience and passion for chiropractic stem from her years in high school working at her parent’s chiropractic clinic in Weed, California. Her educational interest in human anatomy lead her to pursue a physiology degree at San Francisco State University. Dr. Durbin worked two years at Genentech in drug manufacturing before her decision to pursue a healthcare degree.
Dr. Durbin interned at a Veterans Hospital where she enjoyed working in a multi disciplinary setting with physical therapy while growing, treating,and managing her own patient base. While finishing her chiropractic degree, she worked at Elite Chiropractic and Sports Clinic with a team who focused on soft tissue techniques including Active Release Techniques®(ART®) and Graston. Dr. Durbin currently provides chiropractic treatment to baseball players, softball players, and gymnasts one day per week at a gym in Morgan Hill and collaborates with a strength and conditioning coach on best approaches to individualize training and triage client care.
Dr. Durbin has a diversified approach to chiropractic care and emphasizes the importance of soft tissue techniques to maximize the benefits of chiropractic adjustments. She works with patients of all ages and fitness levels. Her interest in treating athletes is a result from her early years training as a competitive gymnast. She is dedicated to providing patient education on sports-related injuries, health and wellness, work place ergonomics, and chronic pain and stress management. She encourages functional goals for care and understands the importance of treating every-BODY different.
In her spare time, Dr. Durbin enjoys hiking, swimming, vinyasa yoga classes and traveling with her husband and parents.
