Sang started working with kettlebells 5 years ago as a means to exercise efficiently & gain strength.
She is certified in Kettlebells, Barbell (Powerlifting), & Tabata Bootcamp. For increased mobility, she has training in Yoga Tune Up & Roll Model Method. Besides helping others gain strength or movement, she also teaches circuit training for seniors & functional movement to those with neuromuscular conditions.
Sang works with a diverse group from advance level individuals to those with limitations needing corrective exercise.
